I have had positive experiences in the past buying rental properties through Mr Werner and knew that he had much experience with them, so I decided to go with him again to sell my rental. I believe that the price he advised me to list the property at was accurate, because it sold in a reasonable amount of time. The rental needed some work and he gave me good advice on what should and shouldn’t be done in order to the maximum profit . A good offer came in after a few months on the market, which was close to the original listing price and I was happy with that. Mr Werner isn’t pushy, but gives good advice and is a good person to work with. If I had another property to sell in the Tucson area, I’d go to him again.
