Job Description:

  1. Prospect and call buyer leads in a timely manner, follow up, and set buyer appointments
  2. Educate clients on the process of buying a home and present our VIP Buyer Program
  3. Assist buyers in geting pre-qualified and assessing mortgage options to ensure that they receive the best rates and terms
  4. Meet with clients to assess their property needs and generate lists of properties that meet the buyers needs and financial resources
  5. Hold company inventory open houses
  6. Negotiate and write contracts
  7. Work with title companies, lenders, home inspectors, and coordinate all necessary tasks to abide by the terms and conditions of purchase agreements before closing dates

Requirements:

  1. Current AZ Real Estate Sales or Broker license
  2. A minimum of 2 years experience in selling residential real estate in Arizona with excellent customer service skills
  3. Extensive experience with offers and negotiations
  4. Excellent organizational skills
  5. Strong computer skills and technical orientation
  6. Valid driver’s license and own a vehicle
  7. Be in good standing with the AZ Department of Real Estate and MLSSAZ
  8. Complete a DISC Profile
